1.4 Information via the INFLUENCE Slack Bot (Slack Integration)

If a brand installs the INFLUENCE Slack app into its Slack workspace, we additionally collect:

• The Slack workspace ID and name, and the channel selected to receive notifications.

• An access token and the specific permissions ("scopes") granted during installation, limited to posting messages, reading channel information, running our slash commands, and looking up the display name of a Slack user (e.g., to record who approved or requested changes on a review).

• The Slack user ID, username, and display name of the person who installs the app, or who clicks an action button (e.g., "Approve," "Request Changes," "Mark as Paid") on a notification we post.

• The text of any reply posted directly in a Slack thread under one of our review notifications, which we relay to the relevant creator by email.

We do not read, store, or monitor general Slack channel conversations beyond what is described above.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your personal information to:

• Provide and operate the Platform.

• Match influencers with brand campaigns.

• Process payments and verify transactions.

• Communicate with you about campaigns, updates, and support.

• Operate the optional INFLUENCE Slack bot, including posting campaign, review, and payment notifications to a brand's chosen Slack channel, responding to slash commands, and recording who approved or requested changes on a review.

• Monitor and prevent fraud, security breaches, and misuse.

• Improve the functionality and performance of the Platform.

• Brands: Influencer data (e.g., handles, audience, submitted content) to enable campaign partnerships.

• Influencers: Brand data relevant to campaigns they participate in.

• Business Transfers: In case of merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred.

Information collected through the Slack integration (e.g., a Slack thread reply on a review) is shared only with the creator or brand the review concerns, and is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

• Your information may be stored and processed in India, the United States, or other jurisdictions where we or our partners operate.

• By using INFLUENCE, you consent to the transfer of your information across borders, including from the US to India.

6. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

• If your workspace installed the INFLUENCE Slack app, a workspace admin can revoke its access at any time from Slack's own App Management settings, or by contacting us — we will stop posting to that workspace and delete the associated access token.
